How to join a team with LFV Soccer system

We have improved the MATCH MODE in the GameMaster, and now to join in red/blue team you have to click the prim 2 times.  Anyway, here it is the videoturorial:

All teams must know how to attach the LFV HUD and join red/blue team.


LFV Club Championship 2011

The next LFV Soccer competition is ready:

 

International Club Tournament

  • First part:  Groups league mode (1 match vs each opponent)
  • Second part:  Cup mode (home/away matches)
  • Third part: The Final (only 1 match)
  • Free to play
  • A prize in lindens: The final prize will be L$10,000

1st position: L$ 6,500
2nd position: L$ 2,500
3rd position: L$1,000

  • The inscriptions are opened until 9th December at 3:01 pm SLT
  • The calendar will be on 10th December
  • The tournament starts on 12th December
  • We only will accept to that teams that have +10 players on the web and that played one match as least
Rules
  1. It is no allowed to change the hud during the match. Change is allowed only in very exceptional cases, in case the referee allows it.
  2. The match must begin at 1.30 SLT. It calls to clubs to be 15-20 minutes before it. In case of inordinate delay (15 min or more – 1.45 SLT) the game will not be played and will end with a score of 5-0 in favor of the team has followed the rules.
  3. The game has 2 parts of 15 minutes each one.
  4. The referee shall be independent and impartial teams playing.
  5.  You play 7 vs. 7. You can not play with less than 6 players or more than 7. Never mind that no players on the bench.
  6.  Only the captain / coach speaks during the game. Not allowed to use gestures or comments of other players.
  7.  The use of gestures or insults to any player or referee is punished with a red card and expulsion from the field.
  8.  During the game can not attack the player with the ball with 4 players, only 2 players against one.
  9. You can not attack the goalkeeper and you must allow him to make his serve/shoot.
  10. If a team only has 5 or fewer players on the pitch, the match will finish there. It will take into account the score until that moment, adding an additional 5-0, because of the abandoning the offending team.
  11. The players’ transfer market is always open during the tournament, but last-minute signings are not accepted. Be considered valid, if transfer is made 24 hours before the game. The team must have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 players.
  12. The use of alters, means the elimination of the player of the tournament.
  13. Any attempt at deception (use of other HUDs and animations), will cause the elimination of the player of the tournament. Only give one warning.
  14. To postpone a game, you must notify 48 hours before and agree with the opposing team. Both must agree to change the match date.
  15. Only one change of goalkeeper during the match. And only stop the game if the goalkeeper falls, will not stop if a player falls.

Any other rules will be followed using the LFV official rules.


LFV Soccer HUD Update

Hi all

today we have updated the LFV Soccer HUD with the version 0.9.9.6.

How the LFV soccer system works

We send you a tutorial video with everything you need to know how to use the HUD of the LFV and its components:

PLAYER MODE
—————-

– Movements: W,A,S,D or Keyboard’s arrows.
– Sprint: press 2 times W key.  You are playing the sprint when the stamina button is red (3 seconds), when is blue you can’t play again the sprint and you must wait until  blue color disappear (5 seconds).
– Low pass: short click with left button of the mouse.
– High pass and Shoot: press the left button of the mouse for a while. The shoot power bar will charge.
– Header and Chilena : press the E key, before having the ball, the shoot power bar will charge.
– Tackle: short click with the C key and, if you are close to the opponent, you will take him off the ball.
– Slide: press the C key for a while.
– Throw-in: press the left button of the mouse. Depending how many seconds, the shoot power bar will grow up and the throw-in will be stronger.
– Spin: Left button of the mouse+ E or Left button of the mouse + C (left and right spin that only works with the ball atached in your feet).

IMPORTANT: you need to click on the ball each time that you want to kick off, and the ball attaches you. So when you want to rezz a new ball at middle field, make a throw in, make a corner kick, kick off after a foul…you need to click on the ball and it will attach you.

GOALKEEPER MODE

General: when an user chooses te “gk mode”, he will be as goalkeeper when he is inside his goal area and he will be as player when he is out his goal area. This is automatically.
– Movements: W,A,S,D or Keyboard’s arrows.
– Saves:  
                 – Forward or Down save: W + Left button of the mouse  or arrow + Left button of the mouse.
                – Up save: E + Left button of the mouse
                – Right low save: A + Left button of the mouse + Shift
                – Left low save: D + Left button of the mouse  + Shift
                – Right up save: A + Left button of the mouse + Shift + E
                – Left up save: D + Left button of the mouse + Shift + E
– Shoot: when the goalkeeper has the ball attached to his hands, press the left button of the mouse for a while. The shoot power bar will charge.
– Pass with hands: when the goalkeeper has the ball attaches to his hands, press the left button of the mouse for a while + C. The shoot power bar will charge.

TRAINING MODE:
 ——————–

to play in this mode, the players must:

– wear the hud
– choose the “trainning mode” in gamemaster (only if the gamemaster is not in training mode)
– the avatars choose between be a player or gk
– rezz a ball
– the players can change between be a player or gk, simply pressing the buttons in their huds (player mode button or gk mode button)
– the characteristic of the ball : autodetect the lateral outs and goals, NOT autodetect corner kicks and goal kicks. The ball only will shout “is a goal of XXXX player assited by YYYY player”. We can play with more than 1 ball, 10 balls as maximmum. You always will be a player of the red team.

MATCH MODE:
 —————–

to play in this mode, the players must:

– wear the hud
– choose the “match mode” in gamemaster (only if the gamemaster is not in match mode)
– join a team (red or blue team)
– the avatars choose between be a player or gk
– start the mode, rezzing a ball
– the players can’t change between be a player or gk if the referee doesn’t allow it by using the gamemaster
– the characteristics of the ball : autodetect the lateral outs, autodetect the corners, autodetect the goal kicks, autodetect the faults,  autodetect the goals and we only play with 1 ball.

GAMEMASTER:

To activate the TRAINING MODE:

– select “reset” in the gamemaster
– select “training” in the gamemaster
– select “enable” in the gamemaster
– touch the ball’s rezzer in the middlefield to rezz a new ball and start the training

To activate the MATCH MODE:

– select “reset” in the gamemaster
– select “match” in the gamemaster
– touch the red/blue shirts to join in red or blue team (you must be near them to join in)
– select “start” in the gamemaster
– select “ball” to rezz a new ball and start the match

There are some basic rules for using the LFV Soccer System :

Not Allowed:  – It is not allowed to make copies of any of the LFV Soccer System by using copy bots or similiar products. Every usage of one of this tools on objects you are NOT the creator, is against LindenLabs TOS.
                         – It is not allowed to extract textures and use them on other items.
                         – It is is not allowed to make copies, modify, use any contect of the system (prim, script, animation, notecard, texture..) or rebuild them for rent/sale.

Violations will be reported to Linden Labs under the American DCMA Copyright Act.
As Linden Labs announces, copyright violation can lead to serious legal trouble for yourself.

LFV SOCCER WORLD

We would like to announce the new LFV SOCCER WORLD, a 3 sims area dedicated to football inside Second Life.

That is possible because of the agreement between the online 3D game company Madpea Productions and LFV.

The zone has one stadium for the LEFV league (Sim I), one stadium for the LIFV league (Sim  II)  and a common area (Sim III). Hoping you enjoy it.
